Rachel takes pride in her cakes; after just one bite, you will see why. She has never been able to “leave well enough alone.” Standard flavors have never been adequate. Her recipes are tested and re-tested until she finds the perfect textures and flavor combinations. Her cakes are painstakingly assembled and decorated, resulting in final products that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Each cake, filling, and icing is made from scratch. Because she does not use pre-packaged mixes and ingredients, Rachel is able to adapt most recipes to accommodate dietary needs and restrictions. Gluten-free and/or dairy-free cakes are available for each flavor, when requested. Each cake can be altered to accommodate nut allergies and sugar restrictions as well. If you have dietary restrictions, don’t fret! Let her know what kind of cake you want and what your specific restrictions are. You’ll be able to have your cake and eat it too!
